Harvey Lee Porter

Harvey Lee Porter, also known as "Happy Jack", age 80, of 400 Rock Street, Randleman died Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mr. Porter was a native of Harnett County and a avid fisherman. He loved to watch NASCAR and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mr. Porter was retired from Jockey International. He is survived by his wife: Patsy Porter, of the home; daughters: Susie Watson of Carrboro, NC, Dora Ann Woolard of Laurinburg, NC, Barbara Carol Porter of Greensboro, NC, Tina Porter of Reidsville, NC, Rhonda Bloom of Asheboro, NC, and Kimberly Treece of Randleman, NC; three sons: David Lee Porter of Franklinville, NC, Andy Treece of Sneads Ferry, NC, and Donald Treece of Archdale, NC; 17 grandchildren and17 great grandchildren; one brother: Make Porter of Wilmington, NC and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 29, 2010 from 12:00-2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will follow at 2:30 PM in the Chapel, with Rev.
