Ruth Staley Toomes

Ruth Staley Toomes, age 82, of 889 Branson Mill Rd., Randleman died Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at her home. Mrs. Toomes was a native of Guilford County and a member of Level Cross United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Vernon Toomes. The family would like to give a special "Thanks" to Dr. Peter Ennever and his entire staff at Moses Cone Med Center.She is survived by three daughters: Rose T. Luck, Brenda T. Williams and Patti T. Hooker all of Randleman; son: Donald Toomes of Randleman; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; one brother: Franklin Eli Staley of Julian and her faithful canine companion, Dora.The family will receive friends Friday , December 11, 2009 from 2:15 - 3:15 PM at Level Cross United Methodist Church followed by the Graveside Service at 3:30 PM in the church cemetery with Rev.
