Jacob Zeph Hyatt

Jacob Zeph Hyatt, age 18, of 2565 Mamie May Rd., Franklinville died Sunday, August 16, 2009 at his home. He previously resided with his father and step-mother at 8545 Hudson James Rd., Summerfield, NC during his high school years. Jacob attended Randleman Elementary and Middle Schools and graduated from Northwest Guilford High School in June 2009. He attended North Asheboro Church of God and Liberty Wesleyan Church in Summerfield where he was active in the youth group.
