Robert Franklin Farlow

Robert Franklin "Smokey" Farlow, age 64, of 200 McCollum St., Randleman died Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at Hospice Home in High Point. Mr. Farlow was born February 21, 1944 in Thomasville, NC the son of William Franklin and Effie Small Farlow. Mr. Farlow was a native of Davidson County and a Marine Veteran. He was a member of Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church in Randleman. He is survived by his wife: Sandra Thompson Farlow, daughter: Jackie F. and husband Travis Faircloth of Level Cross; son: Michael W. Powell of Indianpolis, IN; grandsons: Kelly, Josh and Daniel Faircloth all of Level Cross; great grandson: Braxton Faircloth; sisters: Jeanette F. and husband Monty McGinn of Randleman and Rebecca F. and husband Bill Lineberry of Denton. The family will receive friends Friday, December 12, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, and other times at the home of Jeanette and Monty McGinn, 879 Holly Grove Dr., Randleman. The funeral will be Saturday, December 13, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church, 119 W. River Drive, Randleman with Rev. Jesse Carswell officiating.
