Jone Bradley Routh

Jone Bradley Routh age 81, of Denton died Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, Winston- Salem. Jone was born on the Cherokee Reservation in North Carolina on February 24, 1939. Mrs. Routh was a registered nurse and retired from Veterans Affairs in Salisbury. Mrs. Routh was preceded in death by her mother, Laura Bradley Smith and her husband, John Leslie Routh. She is survived by son: Mark Dellinger, two grandchildren; Goddaughter: Pam Floyd, and her stepchildren. The family would like to express a special thanks to Davidson County EMS, the staff in the Intensive Care and Critical Care Units at Forsyth Medical, and to all of her doctors. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 6, 2020 from 1:00 - 1:45 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will follow in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, at 2:00 pm with Rev. Jesse Howard officiating. Burial will be in Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery, Franklinville. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a maximum of 50 people in attendance, mask requested and social distancing.
