Obituary of Bryce Harrison "Harry" Peck
Bryce Harrison "Harry" Peck, age 73, of Asheboro died Friday, May 15, 2020 at Cross Road Retirement Community, Asheboro. Mr. Peck was born on December 26, 1946 the son of J. Bryson Peck and Lucy Brooks Peck. Mr. Peck was born in Davidson County and reared in Randolph County. He graduated from Asheboro High School in 1965. He served the US Navy during the Vietnam War stationed in Danang, South Vietnam. After returning from the military, Bryce was employed with Georgia Pacific Manufacturing in Asheboro, NC and Plano, TX and later was employed with CFP in Greensboro. He enjoyed beach trips, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. Being the supportive father Bryce loved coaching his son, Logan, in sports. He enjoyed all team sports and making memories with his family. In addition to his parents, Bryce was preceded in death by his brother: Larry Bruce Peck and brother-in-law: Roy Alexander. He is survived by daughter: Michelle Peck Anderson and her fiancée, Jimmy Hyatt Jr. of Randleman; son: Richard Logan Peck and his fiancée, Alden Pridgen of Greensboro; sister: Sue Peck of Charlotte; Nieces and nephews: Tina Peck Rumbley of Greensboro, Tod Alexander of Lake Wylie, SC, Beth Alexander Stanley of Lewisville, and Anthony Peck of Archdale. A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
